Main responsibilities & deliverables

- Mange client and stakeholders’ expectations and ensure contract service delivery.
- Perform work safely as per site procedures, industry best practice and in-line with Blue Book SNC standards
- Comply with PTW, method statements, step back process and using appropriate PPE and risk management.
- Managing time effectively for scheduled meetings and training.
- Develop a forward plan for your work, ensuring it is coordinated effectively and efficiently.
- Read and understand SOPS related to your work area and duties. Attend audit and review meetings and ensure that procedures are followed and providing input where changes are required.
- KAPSARC SOP’s, holding of current revision, maintaining register collaboration with site quality department
- Completed all necessary QHSE SOP & site training as directed and as appropriate to the role.
- Maintain a secure area in which to store all electronic files, use Share Point & perform back up to media disk
- Maintain full register of hard and soft copy engineering documentation, including but not limited to the following
- Incident and technical reports
- Commissioning and handover documentation
- Operation and maintenance manuals
- PPM records, Audit Inspections
- All related engineering documentation
- Update the Work Permit Database & Issued Work Permit No.
- Weekly and monthly report, compiling inputs, report consolidation for management review.
- Control & Issued Transmittal Nos. (for both External / Internal)
- Manage Incident and Technical report coordination and on-time submission.
- Issue new IR numbers on request, maintain register of all IR & TR reports, Chase up on approvals.
- Immediately escalate to your line manager any non-conformance in documentation received.
- Service reports: Organize and file for easy retrieval e.g., Lifts, Water Treatment, Gym, Roof Cleaning etc
- PPM Service Sheets: Organize and file for easy retrieval all service provider PPM Job Sheets, Log sheets
- Plant room logs: Manage, organize and file plant room logbooks. Issue replacement logbooks.
- Site access requests (SAR). Submit access to site security for contractor access to site when requested.
- Keep up to date Provide innovative solutions to improve the service operation.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices within your area. Highlight and follow up any issues found
- Provide adequate notice for annual leave. Prepare and review handover report with your manager
- Provide basic cover for “CAD Coordinator” and Director’s “Administration Assistant” during absence

Qualifications
- BSc Computer science, or Diploma with relevant experience
