KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:
1. Manage the group in the provision of document control services on various projects in accordance with:
a) Worley document management systems, controls, processes and procedures; and
b) any project specific or other regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure appropriate management of all aspects of document control on Worley projects
including documentation from Worley, its clients, suppliers and third parties.
3. Actively contribute to the improvement of Worley document control systems, controls,
processes and procedures.
4. Lead and manage the group, motivate them and manage their performance.
5. Manage the resources and competencies of the group including the recruitment and retention of
personnel.
6. Provide advice and obtain agreement on the appropriate document management system for the size
and complexity of the projects being undertaken.
7. Represent the group both within Worley and with external parties such as clients and
contractors.
8. Establish and maintain effective relationships with Worley personnel, clients and contractors.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Job Specific Competencies:
1. Detailed knowledge of document management systems, processes and procedures.
2. Working knowledge of International Standards Organisation (ISO9001) requirements.
3. Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and a good working knowledge of
document control systems and software.

  • Experience +5  years.
  • Aconex, EDMS experienceBachelors degree Preferred
