– Academic Qualification
Β Β Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
– Experience
Β Β Minimum of 5+ Years Document Control/Management experience on major building projects (e.g., mixed-use/high rise/hotels/mega development projects).
– Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Prior experience in Elevators and Constructions Projects
Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows β Word, Outlook, Excel
Knowledge of document management is essential
In-depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
Effective in building good working relationships within the project team, and with project stakeholders
Β§Experience in using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) such as ProjectWise would be advantageous.
– Major Responsibilities:
1.Manage the PMIS Manuals (Program Management Information System) and Aconex user Guide Manuals (Aconex System and BIM 360).
2.Registering all incoming and outgoing correspondences, MoMs, Drawings & technical submittals. documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, change orders, NFC, RFI, CVI, RFM, Letters, staff daily reports, Submittals, and other forms of pertinent documents from the client and subcontractors.
3.Responsible for receiving, logging, and distributing all technical documents and assisting in the coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the workflow.
4.Set up/assist document control filing system.
5.Maintaining all files within the Filing Department.
6.Keeping all files in a tidy condition.
7.Coordination between other Consultants & Contractors for facilitating document workflow and ensuring documents’ status is closed.
8.Update drawings in accordance with Drawing Register.
9.Follow-up with team members and others for βopenβ status items to be closed down.
10.Maintain Project Documentation as per ISO standards.
