Our newest opportunity is for a talented Document Controller to join our award-winning team based in Al Ula, Saudi.

This critical role will be responsible for the organization and coordination of all commercial and technical documents. Responsibilities will include, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems and ensuring the accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

– Displaying technical knowledge of the Document Control Systems such as ACONEX and associated processes.
– Planning, allocating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
– Creating PowerPoint presentations to assist the Engineering Teams that can be used to present data at client level.
– Building reports using MS Excel to allow the Management Team to present information to the client.
– Communicating strongly in English, both written and verbal.
– Using initiative and provide practical solutions to complex issues and proposing areas for continual improvement.
– Encouraging teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.
– Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
