Faithful+Gould is currently looking for an experienced Document Control Manager to form part of our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia This is a full time permanent based position in the Kingdom.
Requirements

Min of 12 years Document Control experience on large construction/consultancy projects

Acting as a gatekeeper of project information and ensuring confidentiality of critical project information at all times

Leading on document control activities and tasks and delegating to more junior team members where required
-
Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi functional projects;
-
Capable of reviewing existing operations within an organisation through all the project phases (processes and procedures in both office and site), assessing both the strengths and weaknesses and assisting in compiling a bespoke set of process and procedures of all of the activities including but not limited to quality, progress, commercial matters, value, safety, design and construction.

In-depth knowledge of project controls procedures.

The successful candidate will also be able to mobilise people and teams and drive for a successful delivery ensuring rapid mobilisation and development of tailored documentation and processes relevant for the services and embedding client requirements into key documentation including brand and quality of templates and proceses.

Effective in building good working relationships quickly

Other Office Administration duties as requested from time to time

Ability to work with the PMIS group in supplying the necisary information to ensure any systems development meets the EDMS downstream requirements.

Experience in managing information between mutliple EDM System.

Experienced on developing workflows and requirements between multiple EDM Systems

Ensuring that data security and quality remains at the highest standard possible.
Qualifications
-
Must be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken English.

High level of computer literacy, especially in Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Must have experience in both ProjectWise and Aconex EDM Systems.

Must have experience in SharePoint.

Must have Arabic translation advantageous but not essential.

Experience with ISO9000 quality requirements.
