We are working with a Major Oil &amp; Gas operator to source a Document Control Coordinator – (CO2 Sequestration Project). This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis.<p><br></p>Please see details below. Title: Document Control Coordinator – (CO2 Sequestration Project) Start Date: Negotiable (typically within 1 month notice)<p><br></p>Duration: 36 Months Location: Onshore Working Schedule: Work hours per day: 10 hrs./day<p><br></p>Workdays per Week: 6 days/week<p><br></p>Workday per Month: 26 days/month<p><br></p>Job Accountabilities: Document Control Coordinator for CO2 Sequestration Project.<p><br></p>Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.<p><br></p>Responsible for coordination of Client’s EDMS (Project Information Management System), and Distribution Matrix.<p><br></p>Maintains the integrity of Information Management procedures via approved System templates and metadata, including documentation workflow and storage of technical project data and documentation both hardcopy and electronic.<p><br></p>Ensure Project Information Handover (PIH) compliance for handover of documentation for operations.<p><br></p>Responsible for ensuring that project documentation flows between locations and departments (PMT and FEED/EPC Contractor) according to approved plans and procedures during all phases of project execution.<p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications And Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Bachelor of Science Business Management or equivalent.<p><br></p>8 years of experience, specific involvement in coordination between different disciplines in project execution with both offshore and onshore facilities.<p><br></p>Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.<p><br></p>Good knowledge of Project Execution is an advantage.<p><br></p>Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsible roles on major oil &amp; gas projects.<p><br></p>Good written and verbal communication skills.<p><br></p>Good Follow-up skills<p><br></p>Good Problem-Solving skills<p><br></p>Thorough knowledge of Documentation processes, codes and standards relating to final document handovers working within a structured Quality Management System.
