<p><span>Experience Needed: 2-4 years (District Manager or Senior Medical </span>Representative)</p><p><span>Career Level: Management Level</span></p><p><span>Job Type: Full Time</span></p><p><span>Salary: Confidential</span></p><p><span>Languages: Arabic, English</span></p><p><span>Vacancies: open position</span></p><p><span>Contact e-mail: info.perqueen@gmail.com</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>About the Job</span></p><p><span>· Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.</span></p><p><span>· Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.</span></p><p><span>· Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization presence throughout the assigned territory.</span></p><p><span>· Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).</span></p><p><span>· Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.</span></p><p><span>· Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.</span></p><p><span>· Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Job Requirements</span></p><p><span>· Graduate of Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary is a Must.</span></p><p><span>· At least 2 years of experience in the same position or Senior Medical </span>Representative.</p><p><span>· Excellent communication and presentation skills.</span></p><p><span>· Effective interpersonal and team building skills.</span></p><p><span>· Self-motivated, hard worker, team player with innovative skills.</span></p><p><span>· Proven sales record.</span></p><p><span>· Very good command of English language and computer skills.</span></p><p><span>· Valid driving license.</span></p><p><span>· Location:Cairo</span></p><p><span>Send your update resume to:</span></p><p>info.perqueen@gmail.com</p><p>Further information Call 01006603680</p>
