An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Supply Chain Division for a Distributor Customer Service Representative in Riyadh. The incumbent is responsible for planning and coordinating with the distributor for in-market customer orders, inventory allocations, delivery plans for order and in market tender order fulfillments.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for handling market operations for KSA.

To manage and execute all recalls and returns.

Managing loaner business and solving its challenges.

Following up on shipments to make sure they are delivered to our distributors on time and solving the problems if available.

Measuring our distributors KPIs in PO registration and shipments inward.

Handling all the operations between our Distributor & our costumers

Order management -Plan to serve all customer orders

Order analysis and actions

Monitor KSA Inventory and transfers to support orders

Achieve Financial Targets – Sales budget and Support commercial team

Monthly order review with BUM and Sales team.

Liaise with distributor on to market orders to meet in market requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree

Experience

  • At least three years experience in a similar role
  • Must be able to speak and write in English and Arabic
