<strong>Position Title:</strong> Distribution Controller<br><br><strong>Department</strong>: Finance & Control<br><br><strong>Company:</strong> Al Manhal Water Factory (Nestlé Waters KSA)<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Al Manhal Water Factory – Riyadh<br><br><strong>Main Purpose of Job:<br><br></strong>Procurement processes by driving relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget/forecasts/targets and controlling variances), ensuring adherence to financial and legal requirements as well as Nestlé Accounting Standards.<br><br><strong>Key Outputs:<br></strong><ul><li>Cash Flow & Continuous Improvement (Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements in Supply Chain and Procurement; seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, validate and review proposed savings as well as participate in supply network optimization studies. Facilitate meaningful dialogue around Logistics Trade Terms and cost-to-serve trade-offs)</li><li>Reporting and Analytics (Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organizing and overseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close) and forecasts across Supply Chain and Procurement; ensure transparency of the process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps ensuring that financial policies, accounting standards and costing standards are followed) </li><li>Business Planning (Prepare and coordinate the Supply Chain and Procurement budget. Perform revisions or simulations if needed with focus on risks and opportunities for the function. Ensure full transparency of strategic Supply Chain decisions on the organization (financial & non-financial))</li><li>Capital Investments (Coordinate the yearly CAPEX cycle for the function. Develop, control, and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post project evaluations)</li><li>Compliance & Integrity (Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation and of internal controls. The role is responsible for coordinating the tracking and resolution of all SoD conflicts within Supply Chain as well as serves as the key contact for internal and external audits within the Supply Chain area) </li><li>Development and Talent (Coach and develop the Supply Chain and Procurement finance personnel as individuals and as a team, including career and succession planning)</li><li>NCE (Ensure the development and / or maintenance of Foundations (Compliance / Goal Alignment / Leadership Development) within Supply Chain as well as “beyond Operations” environment, depending on agreed priorities, play an active role in Focused Improvement and Lean Initiatives) </li><li>Performance Management (Organize internal and external benchmarking of Supply Chain and Procurement performance; monitor Trade Net Working Capital and components, Distribution Costs and Bad Goods, analyze reasons for deviations and track corrective actions; evaluate and provide financial analysis for product sourcing changes) </li><li>Monitor and Analyze exchange rate and commodities movements, and report and communicate routinely any major changes and impacts.</li><li>Ensure supplier payment terms are aligned to Nestle principles and accounting standards. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Experiences:<br></strong><ul><li>Associate degree or Bachelor degree Business/Finance.</li><li>3 – 4 years of experience in related field.</li><li> Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g.: Costing, Factory controlling, Accounts payable) ideally within a factory or supply chain</li><li>- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience</li><li>- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable) </li><li>- Experience in a network organization with cross-functional stakeholders<br><br></li></ul><strong>Competency</strong><strong>:<br></strong><ul><li>Saudi National.</li><li>Rock Solid Financial Management, Governance, Risk &Compliance.</li><li>Business Processes & Systems.</li><li>Insightful Business Analysis & Reporting.</li><li>Effective Business Planning.</li><li>Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment.</li></ul>
