<strong>Director – Transformation – Transaction &amp; Project Systems </strong><p><br></p>The Director will be r esponsible for the effective management and upkeep of financial systems for transaction processing functionality for NEOM group, subsidiaries, sectors, and regions of NEOM.<p><br></p><strong> Key Responsibilities will include: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Lead the initiatives for implementation and enhancement of transaction processing and projects systems </li><li> Support identification of areas of improvement in transaction processing and project systems and the reporting and compliance requirements from such systems </li><li> Oversee implementation of automated budget monitoring controls and reporting enablement by BI dashboards </li><li> Define and embed the project structures (program, projects, assets, or similar) for NEOM Group, Subsidiaries, Sectors, and Regions leading to a Unified enterprise-wide project coding </li><li> Direct and ensure execution of a plan for infrastructure accounting, costing, and review enabled by integration of Oracle Unifier and SAP PS systems and other peripheral non-finance systems </li><li> Oversee the implementation of unified enterprise-wide projects CBS and WBS coding, leveraging SAP Project System (PS) </li><li> Define and manage the project financial structure through the implementation of Cost Breakdown Structure across all projects and its integration into Oracle Unifier and SAP PS systems </li><li> Lead the implementation and delivery of the SAP Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) module for planning, budgeting and, variance reporting enablement </li><li> Lead on enhancement practices and ad-hoc initiatives related to transactions and project systems </li><li> Collaborate with the wider Finance team to identify value-creation opportunities </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 15 or more years experience in a similar role with a real estate, construction, sovereign wealth fund, or investments company </li><li> Extensive knowledge of transactions and project systems (any of them) such as SAP PS, SAP FI, Oracle ERP, Oracle unifier </li><li> Knowledge of leading finance system implementation initiatives </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Post-graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance </li><li> Finance, Accounting, and /or FP&amp;A certifications/qualifications (CMA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or similar) </li><li> Project Management Degree/Diploma or Certificate is a plus</li></ul>
