<strong>Director – Transformation – PMO, Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement, and Finance Branding. </strong><p><br></p>You will be responsible for the effective management of key transformation initiatives across areas of PMO, change management, and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring positive branding creation for finance.<p><br></p><strong> Performance measures will include: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Satisfaction of key stakeholders from delivered initiatives </li><li> Successful delivery of transformation initiatives to the agreed timeline </li><li> Successful setup of incubation center </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Key Responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Lead the delivery of key finance transformation program initiatives in close liaison with leaders of departments in NEOM group, subsidiaries, sectors, and regions </li><li> Drive the implementation of finance transformation programs across areas of People and Culture, Policies and Processes, Technology and Data, Governance and Structure </li><li> Lead and drive the introduction, set up, and embedding of a program management office (PMO) and related capabilities, creating common understanding, integrated planning, and common ways of working across the project community </li><li> Review and maintain a detailed stakeholder engagement plan; Including stakeholder identification, stakeholders’ interests, highlighting their power and influence, and outlining the tools to be used for stakeholder engagement </li><li> Review and confirm change management strategies; lead stakeholder and change impact analysis, communications strategy, and training plan </li><li> Collaborate with the wider finance team to identify value-creation opportunities, issues, and obstructions in operations and action accordingly </li><li> Lead enhancement practices i.e. set up an incubation center, training/resource enablement programs, and/or execute strategies to enhance finance branding within the organization </li><li> Conduct Voice of customer surveys / similar to understand the impact of the finance function, and transformation programs and develop action plans to inform the next wave of transformation initiatives </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 15 or more years experience in a similar role with a real estate, construction, sovereign wealth fund, or investments company </li><li> Extensive knowledge of Finance Transformation, Program & Change Management, and Stakeholder Management </li><li> Knowledge of leading finance system implementation initiatives </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Qualifications: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Post-graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance </li><li> Finance, Accounting, and /or FP&A certifications/qualifications (CMA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or similar) </li><li> Project Management Degree/Diploma or Certificate</li></ul>
