Robert Half are working with a company based in Dubai to hire a Director Talent Manager- UAE National.

The Role

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading the Talent Management strategy across the business, aligning across key areas such as Talent, Learning, Emiratisation, Manpower planning and contributing the People and Culture agenda. As the Director of Talent, you will lead and manage a successful team, working closely with executive management team.
