Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Director, Sales.
Individuals in this position manage sales directly to end users of the organization’s products or services in a large specified geographic area or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.
- Leads teams of sales representatives that are responsible for selling solutions into PPM’s segments or geographies. Teams perform the following tasks under the guidance of a senior team member: interfacing with clients, handling communications, giving proposals, and assisting in producing them, scheduling meetings and activities like demos, and independently handling transactional sales.
- Prospects in white space areas for existing accounts.
- Able to discuss product capabilities and explain the business value of solutions.
- Represents Hexagon with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company.
- Develops a rapport with customers for the long term.
- Diligently uses the corporate sales CRM system.
- Responsible for coaching employees, positively impacting their performance.
- Attracts, acquires, and develops talent.
- Develops strategic plans.
- Knows how to motivate sales teams.
- Is target driven and vigilant.
- Capable of meeting assigned quotas.
- Typically manages other sales managers.
