<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Director, Sales.<p><br></p>Individuals in this position manage sales directly to end users of the organization’s products or services in a large specified geographic area or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.<p><br></p><ul><li> Leads teams of sales representatives that are responsible for selling solutions into PPM’s segments or geographies. Teams perform the following tasks under the guidance of a senior team member: interfacing with clients, handling communications, giving proposals, and assisting in producing them, scheduling meetings and activities like demos, and independently handling transactional sales. </li><li> Prospects in white space areas for existing accounts. </li><li> Able to discuss product capabilities and explain the business value of solutions. </li><li> Represents Hexagon with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company. </li><li> Develops a rapport with customers for the long term. </li><li> Diligently uses the corporate sales CRM system. </li><li> Responsible for coaching employees, positively impacting their performance. </li><li> Attracts, acquires, and develops talent. </li><li> Develops strategic plans. </li><li> Knows how to motivate sales teams. </li><li> Is target driven and vigilant. </li><li> Capable of meeting assigned quotas. </li><li> Typically manages other sales managers. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Diversity Statement</strong><p><br></p>At Hexagon, we believe that diverse and inclusive teams are critical to the success of our people and our business.
