<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY </strong></p><p>This position is responsible for providing overall direction in the development, implementation and administration of CCAD’s employee compensation and benefits programs, workforce planning &amp; organizational design.</p><p><br></p><p>The role will require an experienced and solutions focused Total Rewards and OD professional with exposure to a highly commercial and fast paced environment. Prior experience of influencing at a senior stakeholder level is essential</p><p><br></p><p>This position will closely with the senior leadership to advise and develop rewards framework and workforce IMPACT OF THE DECISION</strong></p><p>This role is responsible for assessing organizational need, designing and deploying various rewards and workforce related programs, tools and processes that facilitate improved organizational performance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Provides overall direction and management relative to CCAD’s compensation framework design, procedures and programs.</li><li>Oversees the re/design of the organization structure, workforce and related processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce is maximized.</li><li>Evaluate and benchmark CCAD’s compensation and benefits programs against industry standards and ensure that the programs are competitive and cost-effective and compliant with regulatory standards.</li><li>Oversees the analysis, development and implementation of new and enhanced systems and applications that support CCAD’s business objectives in regards to rewards and workforce.</li><li>Review and update policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, including job classification, salary structure, salary reviews and recognition programs.</li><li>Performs assessments relative to both employee and CCAD needs to ensure competitive, yet cost effective benefit strategies.</li><li>Manages department personnel to ensure optimum performance, resource utilization and timely processing of all compensation, benefits, and workforce functions.</li><li>Interacts with CCAD leadership and external stakeholders to address program issues and provide appropriate education with regard to existing compensation and benefit framework and policies.</li><li>Develops and maintains strong relationships with external partners, including benefits providers, compensation consultants, and other vendors.</li><li>Collaborates with other HC teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HC driven programs and initiatives.</li><li>Partners with senior leaders to help align business and workforce plans in order to meet planned goals and targets.</li><li>Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits in the healthcare industry, and make recommendations for changes and improvements as necessary.</li><li>Effectively communicates, collaborates, liaises and networks with senior leadership to ensure strong professional relationships within and across diverse and interdisciplinary work teams and departments.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE LEVEL ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><p>· Adheres to CCAD’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies</p><p><br></p><p><em>In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within CCAD, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p><p>Typical physical demands include: a high degree of manual dexterity to sufficiently perform computer functions on a keyboard, produce materials on a PC and operate basic office equipment, normal or corrected vision and hearing, operate audiovisual equipment used during training programs, physically move, lift and carry training equipment and materials, mobility sufficient to visit with departments or employees throughout CCAD, stand in front of an audience for up to eight (8) hours a OSHAD and any other relevant requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>ESSENTIAL</p><p>PREFERRED</p><p>Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or related field, is required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred</li><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or related field, is preferred</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Human Resources is required with atleast seven (7) years in compensation and benefits design and administration, preferably in healthcare</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years managerial experience or C- level interaction is required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Certification and Licensure</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Professional Membership</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job Specific Skills and Abilities</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits practices and regulations.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.</li><li>Ability to speak and write in English is required</li><li>Ability to speak and write in both
