Job Description
<p>Our client is one of the world’s largest Retail/Mall development firms with a billion-dollar projects.</p><p>Ideal candidate would have min 12 to max 25+ yrs of all-round Retail Mall Design & Development experience, especially focusing on Concept Design, Planning, Design Delivery to Execution</p><p><br></p><p>Mandatory Requirements:</p><ol><li>Min 10 to 25+ years of Design & Development experience (it is NOT a construction/projects/facilities/operations role)</li><li>Mall development experience</li><li>Very solid design experience from concept design till project delivery</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Head/Director – Retail Development is responsible of overseeing overall development and delivery of Mall/Retail assets.
