Job Description
These highly effective professionals ensures both owners and hotel teams are satisfied with Accor GPO offer and work tirelessly to improve procurement program experience, adoption and engagement while growing Procurement’s leverage through development, deployment and leadership of Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence. They are problem solvers, road block eliminators and expert influencers?
Main complexity / critical issues in the job
– Develop and execute on highly effective engagement and communication strategies with ‘the field’ to ensure understanding, consideration and awareness of key trends and business topics
– Assess Accor solutions coverage, compliance rate and develop KPIs to measure Accor GPO performance that is in line with customer expectations
– Work closely with Brands’ Guest experience, Operations and Marketing teams to deploy solutions and gain top down support and sphere of influence
– Develop and Manage Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence in Focus cities / countries in line with L&L strategy
– Position may require up to 50% Travel
Few figures about the scope of action
– 60-75 properties to support regionally
– 2-4 direct reports and 5-10 total (once Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence are established)?
– Contributor towards β¬3-β¬5M in Procurement Revenues
– β¬100M-β¬150M in Spend
The position may be based in Dubai or Singapore.
