Job Description

The Global Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function on a global level. They will work closely with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.

– Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
– Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria for each position.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
– Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
– Implement and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on data-driven insights.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
– Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the talent acquisition team.
– Continuously monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
– Partner with the Chief People Officer and other HR leaders to develop and execute the company’s employer branding and talent management initiatives.
– Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the performance of the talent acquisition function.
