Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Director Of Services responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s employee services, including benefits, payroll, training, and other programs that support employees during their time with the organization.
The director of services may also be involved in developing new initiatives to improve these programs or expand them into new areas. This might include creating partnerships with vendors or other companies to provide additional benefits or services to employees.
Job Duties:
• Managing staff who provide supportive services to clients, such as case managers, social workers, and psychiatrists
• Coordinating the efforts of social workers and other staff members who provide services to clients
• Working with clients to create individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
• Managing budgets and working with management to ensure that adequate funding is available for programs
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress in treatment programs for legal purposes
• Overseeing the implementation of new programs or changes to existing programs based on client needs
• Providing guidance to staff members on appropriate client care procedures
• Reviewing client complaints and taking action to address issues of concern
• Developing and implementing pricing structures for services offered by the organization
