It has advised/transacted over 1.5 billion USD in assets. </span></p><p><span>Rostrum Grand is expanding their presence in the Middle East region by building strategic alliance with a firm based in UAE. We are seeking a Director of Sales to join them to spearhead the sales for newly establishing DIFC entity. We are looking for someone who has a large network in the region, and someone who has a significant contact with institutional clients and family offices.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Director of Sales</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Assets under management across alternative assets classes are expected to grow by 60% from now and exceed 17 trillion dollars by 2025 (</span><em>source: Preqin</em><span>) . At RG, the candidate has an opportunity to be a part of this high growth industry and have the first mover advantage of bringing unique investment products to Asia . Driven by its unwavering focus on product ideation and research, RG has been experiencing rapid asset growth and aims to become a market leader in Asia in alternative fund distribution.&nbsp;Successful candidate should have high level of intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and proven track record of acquiring new institutional relationships.</span></p><p><span>Industry leading compensation, medical benefits, open working environment, and equity options are on offer for the deserving candidate. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Establish relationships with regional securities firms, wealth management companies, FoFs, family offices, private banks and institutional investors in the region. </span></p><p><span>Build new networks, acquire and manage institutional relationships across the region, qualify them and close. </span></p><p><span>Create a sales pipeline, build sales projections, and achieve targets by engaging internal experts on investment products and account management.</span></p><p><span>Work closely with the team and external stakeholders to meet client requirements, answer queries, and leverage the ecosystem provided by the company. </span></p><p><span>Work closely with investor relations on campaigns, events and other promotion activities targeted toward product launches and brand building. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Solid Institutional Sales experience in the financial industry focused on the UAE market&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>GCC and North Africa Coverage </span></p><p><span>Good understanding of global financial markets across asset classes.</span></p><p><span>Fluent in spoken and proficient in English</span></p><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent presentation skills. </p><p>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding them. </p><p><span>Proactive approach and team player</span></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>WHAT’S ON OFFER</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Best in Class Salary</span></p><p><span>Profit Sharing</span></p><p><span>Working in a fast paced, rapid growth environment</span></p><p><span>Medical Benefits</span></p><p>Annual Bonus</p><p>ESOPs</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
