The resort sprawls across an enchanting natural preserve and is embellished by the emerald-colored Red Sea.<br><br>The transferring employee should have the Egyptian passport.<br><br><strong><u>Job Summary<br><br></u></strong>The position is responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that meet the company’s mission and brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement at the property level. This position champions the Quality function and builds support for change.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong><strong>Managing Quality Assurance Goals<br></strong><ul><li> Coaches managers on adopting Four Seasons Quality Standards.</li><li> Conducts monthly audit to ensure compliance with company and brand standards</li><li> Makes and executes the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.</li><li> Directs property quality efforts to address critical customer requirements.</li><li> Assists with regional and/or company-wide implementation of company best practices.</li><li> Facilitates process improvement teams, assuring use of the systematic processes, and improvement is achievable and measurable.<br></li></ul><strong>Managing Quality Tools<br></strong><ul><li> Ensures that management practices at all levels are aligned with quality tools by providing training in quality sciences.</li><li> Uses data collection methods to compile, display, track, and analyze defect trends.</li><li> Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customer.</li><li> Analyzes issues and identifies trends.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Managing The Guest Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li> Reviews guest feedback with leadership team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.</li><li> Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.</li><li> Stays visible and interfaces with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.</li><li> Models service behaviors that meet or exceed guest expectations.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Duties<br></u></strong><ul><li>Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. </li><li>Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products. </li><li>Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff. </li><li>Coordinates product testing processes. </li><li>Participates in product testing. </li><li>Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. </li><li>Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. </li><li>Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. <br></li></ul><strong><u>Required Skills/Abilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. <br></li></ul><strong><u>Education And Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required. </li><li>Three to five years of experience in a related field required with supervisory experience a plus.</li></ul>
