Summary:

We are a rapidly growing service delivery platform, poised to become a Multi-service platform in the telecommunications, fintech, gaming, and rewards sectors. Our aim is to revolutionize the way consumers interact with and access various services globally, with a focus on the Middle East and Latin America. As we expand our presence through strategic acquisitions in the telco space, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Partnership to join our team and drive our vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, targeting key players in the telecommunications, fintech, gaming, and rewards industries across the Middle East and Latin America
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, taking into account strategic fit, market potential, and alignment with our business goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-level executives at target partner organizations to facilitate partnership negotiations and deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful partnership integration and ongoing engagement
  • Monitor partnership performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, growth, and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our unique value proposition to potential partners
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating partnership objectives, progress, and outcomes

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field, with a focus on the telecommunications, fintech, gaming, or rewards sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully closing and managing complex partnerships in both the telecommunications and digital space
  • Deep understanding of Middle Eastern, African and Latin American markets, with established relationships and network within the target industries
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and at least one other relevant language (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change
