Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Director Of Hospitality is a senior-level position in the hospitality industry. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of their organization’s guest experience, from check-in to checkout and everything in between.
They also work closely with other departments within their company to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is consistent across the board.
Job Duties:
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including but not limited to, guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, security, and sales and marketing
• Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are provided to guests at all times
• Achieve or exceed budgeted revenues and profitability goals while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and take corrective action as necessary to improve ratings
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Manage capital expenditure projects within established budgets
• Prepare annual operating budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the accounting department
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
• Participate in industry and community events to promote the hotel and its amenities
