Our main objective is to boost revenue.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish goals, KPIs, timetables, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Maintain top-notch internal and external customer service standards.</li><li>Provide a report on sales performance and productivity to the central management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>10–15 YEARS IN THE SAME POSITION.in Hotels sector is a MUST and Experience in French Restaurants&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in managing food and beverages.</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study.</li><li>Practical experience with a variety of computer software applications (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).</li><li>Expertise in assigning a variety of duties.</li><li>Updated with best practices and trends in food and beverage.</li><li>The ability to fulfil financial goals and manage personnel.</li><li>Customer-focused and service-oriented.</li><li>The capacity to identify issues quickly and find solutions.</li><li>Advanced level in leadership and communication abilities.</li><li>Excellent standards for grooming.</li><li>Willingness to grow personally and as a team member.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>
