<p><strong>Job Purpose:<br><br></strong></p><p>The role seeks a Director to work with the Global Markets – Hybrid, Cross Asset &amp; CVA Trading team. The candidate will be a strong team player, with the ability and drive to collaborate with other members of the Hybrid, Cross Asset &amp; CVA Trading and GM Sales &amp; Products team to deliver best in class solutions.The candidate will help to innovate and contribute to create more revenue opportunities for FAB while adhering to FAB key values.<br><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to all GM requirements across the client which are in-line with FAB’s regulatory, compliance and best practice standards;</li><li>Ensure high quality execution and build/maintain strong relationship with GM Sales, GM Products, Relationship Mangers and other enablement partners;</li><li>Ensure client / internal / monetary impacting issues are escalated appropriately to line manager within suitable time-frame;</li><li>Ensure maximum optimization of customer flow activity, and cross selling opportunities to produce best in class flow to support the GM business;</li><li>Understands and is able to lead the structured solutions business globally in a professional and competent manner;</li><li>Promotes and encourages co-operation within the Global team. Maintaining an open dialogue between desks endorsing a transparent work environment;</li><li>Anticipates customer needs and responds to requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Shows strength in building positive relationships with existing and new clients;</li><li>Recognizes and demonstrates the ability to exploit new business avenues, generating additional flow for the unit up and beyond existing remit;</li><li>Has comprehensive knowledge of the key financial and commercial performance indicators of the strategic business unit;</li><li>Has the knowledge to advise the bank on the latest technology available for enhancing operational performance to suit the business needs;</li><li>Demonstrates market awareness in relation to regulatory changes that could impact the business and take necessary steps to ensure compliance with the requirements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><p><strong>Minimum Qualification:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline, a Masters Degree is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Experience:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in trading/advisory and structuring solutions at a leading global bank</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li>Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions</li></ul>
