Robert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, to hire as Director Compensation and Benenfits. Are you passionate about attracting, retaining, and developing talent through effective reward strategies?

As the Director of C&B, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the C&B vertical for the group. You will be responsible for ensuring that the talent base is appropriately compensated, while meeting the financial commitments of the organisation.

The Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR business partners, finance teams, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in designing and managing the benefits strategy, maintaining external competitiveness, and controlling costs for the organisation.

* Lead the planning, management, and delivery of Compensation & Benefits plans
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Benefits strategy aligned with business requirements
* Evaluate and recommend benefits strategies and solutions based on market best practices
* Ensure internal compliance with reporting, data protection, and privacy requirements
* Collaborate with HR operational excellence teams on benefits processes and procedures
* Stay informed about market trends and develop programs to support business objectives
* Establish management systems to ensure compliance and effective implementation of Benefits programs
* Contribute to the design and development of HR information systems for efficient data management
