<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong>Job Objective<br><br>Act as a front line sales executive and contribute to the revenue share through retail and direct sales.<br><br>Address customer service request ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, thereby support the Organization in effectively building and maintaining customer relationship Primary Responsibilities<br><br>Financial<br><ul><li> Promote and cross sell Batelco existing range of products and services through retail shops, telemarketing, road shows and other events and achieve individual sales targets<br></li></ul>Operational<br><ul><li> Conduct market study to scan areas to identify venues for hosting Events, Roadshows etc.</li><li> Conduct roadshows, events and make telemarketing calls to generate sales leads</li><li> Process all types of customers’ service requests e.g. service provisioning/ bill payments/ queries/ complaints etc. in a timely and accurate manner</li><li> Regularly track and clear all suspended and rejected service requests</li><li> Conduct back ground checks e.g. credit check, age, black list for provisioning the services</li><li> Collect, validate and attach/ upload consumer documents and initiate the service provisioning requests</li><li> Restore disconnected services in time in line with credit controls procedures, after receiving the outstanding dues on customers’ accounts</li><li> Carry out daily cash and revenue collection in a safe and secured manner. Prepare and tally daily financial transactions</li><li> Deposit all revenue collections ready for Banking within the stipulated time period</li><li> Conduct and report daily stocktakes to ensure optimum inventory level are maintained</li><li> Liaise with internal departments to address customers’ queries related to partial payments, disputes, instalments, refund of deposit, or transfer etc.</li><li> Liaise with the Product Marketing and Marketing Communication teams for any promotions at Retail outlets</li><li> Follow process and quality standards while addressing customers’ requests and ensure high level of customer satisfaction</li><li> Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs<br></li></ul>People<br><ul><li> Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan</li><li> Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time</li><li> Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends<br></li></ul><strong><u>Skills<br><br></u></strong>Required Qualifications and Experience<br><br><strong><u>Qualifications<br><br></u></strong>Experience<br><br>Certifications<br><br>Profile 1<br><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales</li><li> 0-3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing</li><li> Experience in customer care or customer environment</li><li> Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English or other languages</li></ul>
