Job Description

The Digital Transformation Assistant Manager is a valued team member responsible for contributing to significant enhancements to digital services/products through improved user interfaces (UI), enabling a more focused delivery of user experience (UX) for all digital services/products.
The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
– Act as a detail-oriented, creative design professional, passionate about design thinking, with a flair for problem-solving and translating business priorities into compelling visual compositions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a plan for customer journeys digital transformation based on marketing strategy and Voice of Customers (VoC) insights, with clear outcomes to address customer pain points and ensure cluster agility.
– Manage customer journeys digital transformation projects (design thinking) as a UX/UI Design Assistant Manager, working with product owners, scrum masters, squad leads, and promoting a digital culture based on a forward approach as defined by the Digital Transformation Office.
– Engage with squads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cluster management to ensure the success of projects and the quality of outcomes.
– Support the management of end-to-end digital transformation (DT) projects for subsidiaries.
– Coordinate with Business Operations on the delivery plans and targets of DT concepts outcomes to ensure timely implementation.
– Monitor and track digital transformation KPIs, negotiating and aligning targets to ensure achievement.
– Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) during RFPs, developing the expected outcomes for facilitators and evaluating proposals to award the best fit.
– Based on the digital transformation plan, develop, raise, and manage budget requirements for both design thinking and implementation during the S2B cycle, in collaboration with Marketing Strategy & Pricing.
– Provide periodic reports on project performance, KPIs, and budget spent to Marketing Strategy & Pricing, contributing to an integrated marketing reporting for the cluster.
