As a Digital Services Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the overall concept, customer journey, and architecture components of our digital services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define essential features for successful project implementation.<br><br> <br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Conceptualization: Work closely with stakeholders to build the general concept of digital services, considering user needs, market trends, and business objectives.<br><br>Customer Journey: Design and optimize the customer journey for our digital services, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience at every touchpoint.<br><br>Architecture Components: Collaborate with technical teams to create the architecture components for the digital services, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.<br><br>Feature Definition: Define the features and functionalities of the digital services, aligning them with project objectives and user requirements.<br><br>Stakeholders Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to understand stakeholders’ expectations and incorporate their feedback into the design process.<br><br>Governance Model: Contribute to the development of a governance model that promotes effective decision-making and streamlines project execution.<br><br>Digital Services Value Chain: Understand the value chain of the digital services, optimizing processes to deliver enhanced value to our customers.<br><br>Client Journey Priority Matrix: Prioritize client journey touchpoints to focus efforts on critical areas of the digital services.<br> <br> <br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role, with a strong focus on digital services design.</li><li>Proficiency in UX design tools and software for wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.</li><li>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing successful digital services design projects and a track record of delivering impactful user experiences.</li><li>Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital services design and technology.</li></ul>
