<p><span>We are looking for a </span><strong>Digital Operations Specialist </strong><span>for our fast-growing retail business, </span><strong>Mahalle</strong><span>, in Dubai. We operate a shop in Dubai Internet City as well as online channels,</span><strong> mahalle.ae</strong><span> website and Mahalle app, and partner with last mile delivery services such as Instashop and Careem. Your role will be to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board using the end-to-end retail software we are using and through social media and last mile delivery services. If you are keen to grow in an exponentially growing startup and gain experience in multiple domains, here is your opportunity to apply!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Using company’s end-to-end retail software system to make sure all products entries, registrations, customer entries and invoicing are accurate</p><p>Updating company website and mobile app up-to-date and fostering upsell and cross sell sales</p><p>Working closely with last mile delivery partners such as Instashop, Careem to make sure all products are updated and Mahalle is positioned well on all these partner sites</p><p>Working closely with the design team and updating social media channels with the designs provided by them</p><p>Owning day-to-day IT activities such as e-mails, passwords</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Work experience in a related industry/fiend – minimum 4 years</p><p>Proven experience in working in business operations or sales operations – minimum 2 years</p><p>Fluent in oral and written English</p><p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</p><p>Good social and presentation skills</p><p>High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure</p><p>Able to work effectively with minimal supervision</p><p>Proficient in technology – Microsoft Office applications, retail systems and databases</p><p>Previous experience in working with Last mile delivery services – Instashop, Careem…etc</p><p>Previous experience with social media management</p><p>Excellent team worker</p>
