<p>We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation to join our client’s team – real estate brokerage. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative online marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential clients, driving leads, and ultimately increasing revenue for our real estate business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation, focusing on organic and paid channels, such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and email marketing.</li><li>Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimal targeting, budgeting, and ad performance.</li><li>Develop engaging content for various online channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns, tailored to our target audience and optimized for SEO.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage leads, segment audience, and create personalized marketing campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead, to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and follow-up, as well as to align marketing efforts with sales goals.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation to continually improve our marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other team members to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and real estate industry is a plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various online channels.</li><li>Creative thinker and problem solver, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.</li><li>A team player, with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
