<p><span>Seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our new business in the Middle East as our Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall marketing efforts and will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. The candidate will have exceptional commercial acumen, be highly analytical with the ability to draw the line between marketing plans and business outcomes. The candidate shall be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. And should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Qualifications and Skills: -</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven work experience of 3-4 years as a Digital Media Specialist or&nbsp;Digital Marketing Manager.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills would be a plus.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in website design and a solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, google analytics.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of online media platforms, advertising campaigns, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising including creating ad copy and targeting specific audience.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clear, creative and logical thinker with exceptional writing, communication and interpersonal skills.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline driven work environment.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Location – Dubai</span></p><p><span>Salary – To be discussed during interview.</span></p><p><span>Nationality – Any</span></p><p><span>Employment – Fulltime</span></p><p><span>Joining – Immediate</span></p><p><span>Potential candidates may forward CV’s to&nbsp;</span>weirdo.jobs@gmail.com</p>
