We also put a lot of time into nurturing our relations with our clients.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>From concept to execution, you should possess a solid understanding of current marketing strategies and tools. To launch campaigns on time and within budget, digital marketing specialist work with the marketing team and supporting teams (such as programmers) and good knowledge of graphic designing. It will be great to have an FMCG experience.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li>Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.</li><li>Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)</li><li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.</li><li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.</li><li>Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.</li><li>Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.</li><li>Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Requirements and skills</span></p><ul><li>BS/ MS/ Btech degree in marketing or a related field.</li><li><strong>3-4 Years</strong> of proven working experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.</li><li>Proven graphic designing experience.</li><li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.</li><li>Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.</li><li>Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.</li><li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush)</li><li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.</li><li>Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts for Trade Fairs.</li><li>Securing the venue, planning the layout, and liaising with vendors to determine their booth requirements.</li><li>Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)</li><li><span>Must have the ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and/or projects while portraying a positive attitude.</span></li></ul>
