Job Description

As a Digital Marketer for our agency, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions for our clients. You will work closely with clients, collaborating with the account management and creative teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in digital marketing techniques and tools will contribute to achieving client objectives and maintaining a strong online presence for their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, aligned with their business goals and target audience.
  2. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, provide insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search visibility and increase website traffic.
  6. Create engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  7. Manage social media accounts for clients, developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content calendars, and engaging with followers.
  8. Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and acting as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing needs.

Skills

Requirement:

  1. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate ideas to both clients and team members.
  6. Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
  10. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
