Description:
To be primarily responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of all digital assets and E-marketing plans.
- To assist GM Marketing & National Marketing Managers in setting up and managing the control center as the central communication point for digital communications
- Oversee management, development, and updating of all company digital assets like websites, Facebook pages, Twitter pages, etc.
- Effectively use digital mediums to communicate with online customers for company initiatives including promotions.
- Explore, develop, and execute all E-commerce possibilities in line with the business requirements
- Translate online customers’ input and feedback into measurable actions for the business
- Develop and measure online marketing KPIs.
- Develop digital marketing plans.
- Support business sectors with online support for their initiatives.
- Ensure the availability of required tracking tools to measure the key KPIs for each digital and social platform.
- Do benchmark analysis with key competitors across different social and digital platforms
- Performs other unlisted ad-hoc, but related work assignments, as and when required.
- Ensures the agreed-upon KPIs are achieved per the agreed-upon quality, time & cost.
Qualification Required
- Preferred degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or Communications
- 8-10 years of professional experience in related activity
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Computer programs
- Very good problem-solving skills to develop alternate solutions
- Excellent project management skills to manage own projects and tasks
