These brands have already established themselves in the global market, and now we are bringing their excellence to the Iraqi market through our official distribution channel.</p><p>In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing strategies and building brand awareness specifically for the Iraqi market. You will have the responsibility of managing the digital marketing efforts for 3 or more skincare and hair care brands, tailoring the strategies to resonate with the local consumer preferences and cultural nuances. This role offers an exciting chance to leverage your digital marketing expertise and contribute to the growth and expansion of these esteemed brands in Iraq.</p><p>If you are passionate about working with internationally renowned brands, enjoy the challenge of launching products in new markets, and want to be part of a core team driving a project from its inception, this is an exceptional opportunity for you to make your mark and be at the forefront of digital marketing in the Iraqi skincare and hair care industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote and enhance the branding and awareness of three newly launched skincare and hair care products in the Iraqi market, including planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising on social media.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, using analytics tools to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions for optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of digital marketing activities.</li><li>Manage the digital presence and content creation for the new digital platform selling skincare and hair care products, including website management, social media channels, and blog posts.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital marketing techniques, including paid social media advertising, to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to identify potential gaps and opportunities in the skincare and hair care market.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and online communities to maximize brand exposure and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary to execute specific digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including paid ads on social media, and present findings to the management team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications would be a plus.</li><li>Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, preferably within the skincare, hair care, or beauty industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey brand messaging effectively.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with the Iraqi market and understanding of local consumer preferences would be a plus.</li><li>proven expertise in paid social media advertising .</li></ul><p><br></p>
