About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager for our Qatar operations, you will manage and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and performance marketing. You will work in our office in Tunisia and liaise with the Doha team to execute marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing and be comfortable with hands-on execution. Food and Beverage, luxury, health and fitness or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
β’ Collaborate with the Doha team to develop content and liaise with them to execute photoshoots or video shoots for social media channels.
β’ Manage and monitor performance marketing campaigns, including SEM and paid social campaigns, to ensure they meet customer acquisition targets.
β’ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s sales funnel.
β’ Manage the social media accounts and content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
β’ Liaise with external agencies for specialized digital marketing support.
β’ Analyze data from campaigns to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
β’ Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
β’ Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Requirements:
β’ At least 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
β’ Familiarity with growth hacking strategies.
β’ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and email marketing.
β’ Experience with performance marketing campaigns, including SEM and paid social media advertising.
β’ Comfortable with data analysis and using data to drive decisions.
β’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
β’ Comfortable with hands-on execution.
β’ Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
