Job Description
<p>Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for a Digital Factory Responsible for their newly established hub in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You will develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Spring Boot;</li><li>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital products and services;</li><li>You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.</li><li>You will do team management and mentor subordinates</li><li>You will design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high availability and performance.</li><li>You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.</li><li>You will build high-quality code by developing both unit and integration testing</li><li>You will participate in code reviews to ensure new code conforms to the highest standards</li><li>You will collaborate with peer organizations, devOps, and support organizations on technical document projects.</li><li>You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web and mobile development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who are you:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You have 8+ years of experience in a similar role</li><li>You have proficiency in spoken and written English;</li><li>You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;</li><li>You have strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;</li><li>You have experience designing and developing RESTful APIs;</li><li>You have in-depth knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;</li><li>You have excellent relational skills, precision, flexibility, teamwork attitude, and ability to achieve results;</li><li>You have experience with Adobe AEM and its related technologies is a plus;</li><li>You have experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.</li><li>You have extensive experience in developing web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native and related technologies;</li><li>You have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;</li><li>You have familiarity with state management libraries like Redux;</li><li>You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work environment:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Our client is a growing company that actively creates opportunities for young people, with a strong focus on training.</li><li>International and multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you recognize yourself in this profile, please do not hesitate to contact us.
