- Develop product vision and make it successful through designing and delivering digital solutions that solve business problems and capture opportunities.
- Observe, explore, discuss and analyze end user requirements for the product to properly plan the sprint sequence and required resources
- Create, support and prioritize product backlog through regular sprint planning meetings to manage squad resources in the most official manner
- Define criteria of product functionality readiness through alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Write specifications and accept implemented functionality to unlock the regulatory approvals and product release
- Communicate clearly on requirements and make sure requirements are understood by the team in order to insure timely delivery
- Provide feedback to team members and development team, delivering clear and actionable items to ensure personal and professional growth in the squads
- Ensure release planning is done with stakeholders to manage expectations and unlock any bottlenecks
- Track and measure progress by product via regular check-ins with respective squad members
- Coach developers and designers and provide detailed recommendations for product development
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in commerce, business informatics, or computer science
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital product development as a product owner/business analyst.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it in a clear, simple manner.
- Team collaboration skills to efficiently create innovative solutions.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and role of Product Owner.
- Ability to synchronize different types of team activities, manage risks and relationships between teams within tasks (if necessary).
