About the role:

We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team at Hamad International Airport. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging digital content strategies across various online platforms to promote our airport, enhance customer experience, and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with the goals of Hamad International and target audience. This includes identifying key themes, topics, and trends to create engaging content.
  • Create original and compelling content for all the social media platforms of Hamad International Airport such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok. This can include text posts, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
  • Write captivating copy for social media posts, ensuring it is tailored to the platform and target audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create visual assets for social media posts, such as graphics, images, or videos. Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Leverage current trends and popular topics to create relevant and timely content that resonates with the target audience.

Skills

About you:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, graphic or related field.
  •  5 years of experience in social media management and content creation. 
  •  Additional Certification: Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Certifications, Facebook Blueprint Certification. 
  • Adobe Certified Associate (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
