Job Title:<p><br></p>Digital Analytics Consultant<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>The Digital Analytics Consultant provides thought leadership for industry best practices, technologies, and solutions that reveal data-driven insights for our clients and provide measurable ROI. He/she works closely with subject matter experts, group leaders, and developers within the organization to scope and execute value-adding projects, as well as to lead key audits, analysis, and tasks critical to the success of the team.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing site metrics and dashboards in GA4 to monitor site health and influence the overall direction for the site – including but not limited to Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Checkout Funnel Rate, and Speed Performance.</li><li>Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support Product teams.</li><li>Measuring the health and performance of the website daily through analytics and key metrics.</li><li>Analyzing the impact of any changes or issues on the website, including new features and/or product launches, and performance by traffic source.</li><li>Capturing business requirements and translating them into design specifications for Digital Analytics implementations.</li><li>Create and maintain an analytics manifest</li><li>Partners with Product Managers/UX to identify and prioritize future on-site optimizations or functionalities to enhance customer experience.</li><li>Identify core customer conversion paths and identify end-to-end optimizations to enhance both the browsing and shopping experience.</li><li>Identifying critical paths to conversion by segment and traffic source, providing insights to inform web development and the testing roadmap.</li><li>Analyze performance of content to assess opportunities for improved content development.</li><li>Refine and maintain, working with site tagging, pixel, and tracking strategies to support highly accurate, granular data collection.</li><li>Identifying and escalate key site issues and opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics</li><li>Technical skills in Google Analytics, data layers, and Tag Management and Data Studio</li><li>Technical skills in Google Optimize, or other AB testing systems</li><li>Ability to quantify the value of online experiences that drive offline (in-store) conversions</li><li>Knowledge of GA4 is a plus</li><li>Hybrid, would need to be onsite 1-2 days/wk</li></ul><p><br></p>Location:<p><br></p>ARE Dubai – Property# BCB2 515, Dubai CommerCity<p><br></p>Language Requirements:<p><br></p>Time Type:<p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p><strong>If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents</strong><p><br></p><strong>R1410431</strong>
