We are a META Business Partner and Tiktok Partner agency that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.

We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco) and we are now looking to double the size of our agency ASAP (from ~12 to 24+) πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We focus on two areas in the business: Results for our clients (performance marketing/ads) and Social Media (our own accounts, businesses). Your role will influence both sides by making sense of the data to skyrocket our growth (performance marketing, ads) and by helping us with our story-telling and research (Social Media).

You will need to be both analytical but also a visual storyteller who knows how to present data to four difference audiences: Internally (management), Internally (media buyers and social media), externally (clients) and externally (social media audiences).

YOUR MISSION

 

πŸ‘‰ Build and maintain our dashboards and reporting of our portfolio of accounts (Media Buying and SM)

πŸ‘‰ Organize and track detailed list of goals and KPIs across Media Buying and Social Media

πŸ‘‰ Develop a tracking and reporting system that allows us to take tactical and strategic decisions

πŸ‘‰ Work on presentations and reports that are visually appealing and tell a story (internally and externally)

πŸ‘‰Conduct social platform monitoring brand tacking and creative testing analysis to help brands optimise campaign performance

πŸ‘‰ Keep up to date on the latest changes and new trends within the industry and apply them to your daily work

 

 

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:

 

▢️ You have experience using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, META (and all other Media platforms) and able to extract the data to internal reporting tools

▢️ Strong experience using BI tools (tableau, google data studio, power BI)

▢️ Experience using Social Media Tools for Social Listening and Research (Sprinklr, Hubspot, Semrush etc.)

▢️ You love data and crunching numbers and influencing positive changes in the agency

▢️ Are highly skilled in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze data sets and build reports.

▢️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English & Arabic Preferred)

▢️ Experience in media buying preferred
