Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting the initial meeting with the customer to understand the store dimensions, set goals, and agree on budgets.

 

  • Create a customer account on the platform.

 

  • Creating WhatsApp Groups and adding the client to follow up work on it.

 

  • Responsible for achieving the project’s results and fully supervising all the processes that lead to this.

 

  • Add all preliminary data to the customer and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.

 

  • Ensure that all access permits are taken to the customer’s advertising and social media accounts

 

  • Writing the plan and work agreed upon with the client and adding them to the Notion platform and sharing it with the client

 

  • Periodically develop tasks, distribute them to the work members and follow up on their implementation in a timely manner.

 

  • Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.

 

  • Sending periodically weekly reports of the work done on the customer’s store on WhatsApp Group

 

  • Sending monthly reports as a document showing all the tasks and achievements during the month

 

  • Creating & Sending the invoices to the customer and following up on payment

 

  • Conducting periodically meeting with the client and responding to his questions
