Role purpose:<p><br></p>to support the E2E Service, Infrastructure, application and network solutions design and implementation within the IT Operations environments in TSSC. Governance over the quality of deliverables of the technical implementations, configurations and data modelling for the Service Management solutions done by the engineering team and suppliers within TSSC<p><br></p>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<p><br></p><ul><li> Responsible of delivery of High level and Low level designs and documents for the proposed monitoring solution for different business services </li><li> Act as subject matter expert for support teams, project team, demand team and integrators to ensure that monitoring requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to a high standard </li><li> Governance of data and deliverable quality for suppliers and technical tools engineering team </li><li> Professional, respectful and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties </li><li> Drives improvements in day to day operations and engineering activities of the tools and automation team</li></ul><p><br></p>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<p><br></p><ul><li> Awareness of the concepts and application of Service Management, Customer Experience Management, and Devops Tools as GitHub, Sonarqube, Jenkins, AWS, GCP, MS Azure and Jfrog </li><li> Design, configuration, optimisation and administration of IT and network service management tools and related software and hardware like CICD E2E pipeline</li><li> Ability to build and optimize business services, business processes and IT services modelling</li><li> Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines</li></ul><p><br></p>Must have technical / professional qualifications:<br><br><strong>Essential<br></strong><ul><li> B.S Computer of Telecommunications Engineering or B.S Computer Science Required </li><li> 3Years + Experienced in solutions design, and Business services modelling, and data quality control</li><li> Technical knowledge of AWS, GCP and MS Azure, Linux, and CICD pipeline development and implementation </li><li> Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines </li><li> Proven experience in system administration and web service test automation </li><li> Technical knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar </li><li> Knowledge of software development methodologies, Object Oriented Programming languages and Test Driven Development </li><li> Technical knowledge of SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, IPv4, IPv6 and similar network management related protocols </li><li> Technical knowledge of XML, JDBC/ODBC, SQL, Java, JavaScript, shell, and similar network management related languages </li><li> Solid communication Skills, Oral and Written </li><li> Ability to grasp new technology quickly</li></ul><p><br></p>Desired<p><br></p><ul><li> TOGAF or equivalent certification</li><li> Solid understanding of virtualization, containerization and cloud technologies</li><li> Experience with producing business cases, UML &amp; Service modelling or Business Process Modelling experience </li><li> Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and implementing a commercial enterprise performance and capacity monitoring system </li><li> Demonstrated experience developing system integration and automation capability to improve operational response time and accuracy in diagnosing and resolving issues </li><li> Demonstrated ability to evaluate system efficiency, develop system performance metrics, and drive continual process improvement of IT/network management systems </li></ul><p><br></p>#_VOIS #movewithus
