Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Tamatem Plus, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining new/existing practices, and tools that increase the team’s ability to deliver applications and services. You must ensure that all your deliverables satisfy the technical, product requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Work with software engineers to ensure that development/release follows established processes and works as intended.
  • Analyze software problems to invent practical and efficient solutions.
  • Deal with source code management activities.
  • Create Technical Documentation as necessary.
  • Task planning, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Staying up to date with the latest DevOps best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and comply with engineering team standards.
  • Mentor, coach, and share knowledge with DevOps Engineers.
