We are currently looking for a Development Director to join our clients, a prestigious Property Development company in Dubai. This award-winning client has been delivering multi-million-pound luxury residential, commercial and leisure properties globally.

Working Hours:

– Monday to Friday full time

Main responsibilities:

– Managing a team of developers
– Overseeing and running existing multi-million-pound projects
– Travelling across the globe for new business opportunities
– Conception to completion
– Running feasibility studies

Travel requirements:

– You will be expected to travel globally to meet clients for new business opportunities.
