An Arabic speaker, available in Saudi and ready to join immediately. we rely on our dynamic team of engineers to solve the many challenges and puzzles that come with our rapidly evolving technical stack. We’re seeking a full-stack engineer who is ready to work with traditional and new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. Here, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack. The ideal candidate should have experience in building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages.<p><br></p><strong>Location :</strong> Kochi<p><br></p>Objectives of this Role<p><br></p><ul><li>Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth</li><li>Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements</li><li>Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment</li><li>Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design</li><li>Select &amp; work with the best SDLC model for different digital solutions required from the internal customer. Adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p>Functional Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Custom Development: Design, develop and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and .NET, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.</li><li>Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture for the related scope.</li><li>Assist software personnel in handling project-related work and other requirements</li><li>Use and adapt existing web applications methodology</li><li>Create and test software prototypes</li><li>Develop client displays and user interfaces.</li><li>Revise, update, refactor and debug code</li><li>Coordinate with other software professionals and developers</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Solution Documentation</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)</li><li>Produce high-quality technical documents on all developments and customizations within the defined deadlines to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed for knowledge transfer across the team</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Post-go-live Support</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support along with end user training.</li><li>Test and deploy applications and systems</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Coaching And Mentoring</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide the necessary technical guidance and support for junior consultants to ensure the team is able to produce high-quality technical solutions with a very low defect rate while meeting deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>General Responsibilities<p><br></p>Proficiency HR<p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job</li><li>To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.</li></ul> Delivery<p><br></p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul> Problem-Solving<p><br></p><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.</li></ul> Quality<p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul> Business Process Improvement<p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul> Compliance<p><br></p><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions</li></ul> Health, Safety, and Environment<p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls with an undefined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul> Required Skills and Qualifications<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering</li><li>1 – 3 years of experience building end-to-end digital solutions.</li><li>Front-end technology: Excellent expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery, and LESS</li><li>Development languages: Knowledge of server-side programming languages including C# with .Net (very good level is required).</li><li>Database and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish</li><li>Azure: Very good experience in setting and using different Azure services (CI/CD, App services, Azure AD .. etc)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of using Github &amp; Azure DevOps with all sub-functions.</li><li>Integrations with other systems: Experience designing and integrating APIs and web services.</li><li>Very good design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design</li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills (Arabic &amp; English)</li><li>Excellent IT project management skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge in JIRA and its administration.</li></ul>
