You will assist BDO with implementing CRM solution, analysis, designing, building, and testing and also be in charge of the maintenance and evolution of the platform after the go live.</p><p>You will be considered a product specialist that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issue, concern, and resolution. You’re a problem solver, knowing the systems, applications, and processes that will make end users happy, no matter how complex the IT solution and integrating architecture are.
