Job Description

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand and study all data related to a given task with the Team Leader.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve the required time to implement a given task.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Discuss: computer model, design methodology, design criteria, drawing methodology (title block, layers, numbering system, level of details, etc.) calculation report template, and BOQ template with the Team Leader. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate the design drawings with other interconnected disciplines (e.g. Process GA, Arch, Structural, MEP, etc.…) as deemed necessary.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare, Certify and Issue to the Team Leader the design documents (computer model, calculation report, BOQ and drawings) in accordance with the project requirements, specifications and design criteria. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receive design comments and rectify them up to the full technical satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Utilize Revit to produce drafting, detailing, Families, dynamic families, and shop drawing such as sheets for plotting, 3D modeling of equipment, and basic templates. </span></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span>Detect clashes &amp; solving clashes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification and skill requirements:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;B.Sc. Architect Engineering</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5-8 years technical experience</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good English both spoken and written</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office – AutoCAD –Revit- Drafting tools – Outlook), Photoshop as a plus</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good experience in following, studying and understanding Architecture codes</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Has high communication skills</p>
