<p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>B.E/B.Tech or 12+3 years of education with 2+ years of relevant hands on experience</p><p>Should have worked with ITES companies and Projects for last 1 year</p><p>Must have excellent communication skills</p><p>Must be bold to handle End User Calls</p><p>Must have handled Desktop/Laptop/Iphones/IPADs OS installations &amp; troubleshooting</p><p>Must have handled MS Office suite installations and troubleshooting</p><p>Must have working experience with ITSM based Service Desk Tool</p><p>Must have worked on Mobile Device Management application</p><p>Added advantage to have certification on MDM any platform</p><p>Must have managed Hand Held devices remotely using MDM Application</p><p>Must have learning attitude and work on any new application when required</p><p>Should be ready to work in any shift in 24 x 7 Service Desk environment</p><p>Knowledge on DHCP, DNS, Internet Browsers, Wifi Configuration, etc…</p><p>Customer focused and patience in handling calls</p><p>Added advantage to have worked on SOTI MDM Application</p><p>Operate company deployed MDM solution (SOTI)</p><p>Upload, update, maintain, and delete iPads applications and supporting for the Panasonic Tough-Pad</p><p>Test and QA new update for Cabin app and electronic logbook, and manage deployment process and schedule</p><p>Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM</p><p>Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to Mobile Architect</p><p>Create, update, and maintain users and device owners in the MDM</p><p>Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage</p><p>Provide hardware and software support for Apple iPad and Panasonic Tough-Pad as required</p><p>Works with customers to resolve technical issues</p><p>Perform data, speed, and App usage analysis on company deployed mobile devices</p><p>Coordinate with the Vendor hardware for (issues ticketing, shipment defected devices, and receiving new devices etc.</p><p>Create user documentation (Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed</p><p>Provides IT support for on and off-site corporate events</p><p>Mange the eTLB manual book (printing, replace, attached etc.)</p><p>Call center</p><p>Manage SIM card and the internet usage</p>
